All the ergonomic cushions made by Rubytech are realized in all their stages with materials and approved technologies according to current regulations and all its components are entirely hand made in Italy.
1 COATING MATERIAL
It is a material twice thinner than a net and three times finer than cotton. The Microfiber ‘s extreme lightness makes it a fabric highly soft and fluffy as well as resistant and transpiring. To be specific the Microfiber we use is resistant to 60.000 rubbings and it is washableat low temperatures.
Memory is a viscoelastic material that is able to be compressed and then slowly returns to the original shape, unlike any other material ( such as foam rubber, latexes, silicon etc. that when exposed to weight pressure respond with an upward thrust ), memory is the only one totally devoid of elasticity, therefore able of simulating as effectively as possible a situation of suspending or flotation.
Moreover, to guarantee greater safety the memory we use is fire retardant and is distinguished by sight due to the color that is yellow instead of white.
3 VEGETAL LYMPH
It is a foam plant extracts and it is made of hypoallergenic, crushproof and wear-resistant material. Such material has an excellent transpiration and guarantees a high level of aeration, favoring oxygenation of the skin.
THE RANGE OF RUBYTECH’S CUSHIONS RESPECT THE EC LEGISLATION
The padding of Rubytech’s cushions protects the environment: chlorofluorocarbons and chlorinated solvents have been eliminated and replaced with water. Moreover, the elements making up the padding, properly dimensioned in thickness and density, are guaranteed 5 years.
